Breathable, resilient and comfortable, the 3D AERORISETM 40 features a completely innovative carrying system, for an unprecedented wearing experience.Using 3D-Druck printing, four individual back cushions are created that adapt to the body and distribute the weight optimally. The open fabric structure allows even better ventilation, significantly reducing the temperature at the back.Based on body mapping, different zones are identified, which are then made firmer or softer with the help of numerous struts. Depending on where more stability or padding is needed.
The novel process saves resources as hardly any waste is produced and synthetic fibers are used for the tear-resistant, extra-lightweight main material CROSS RIP 70D.The large, waterproof main compartment can be compressed by means of roll-top closure inside. A separate compartment on the back offers space for a hydration system or serves as a secure storage space for map material. So that you have the most important things quickly at hand, there are two zippered compartments in the backpack lid, two practical side pockets and a small pocket on the hip belt.
AERORISE
AERORISE is Jack Wolfskin’s new, completely innovative backpack carrying system, consisting of four individual back pads, manufactured using a resource-saving 3D-Druck-Verfahren printing process. Body mapping is used to identify different zones, so pads are designed to be softer or firmer as needed, depending on where more cushioning or stability is needed. The individual back pads adapt ideally to the body and ensure optimum weight distribution. The open fabric structure of the pads provides even better ventilation of the back.
